Women have unique experiences, societal expectations and roles in our lives that shape our development, sense of self, how we connect to others, self-esteem, confidence, careers, and emotional well-being. We may often find ourselves in roles of caring for others. Sometimes we take care of others before ourselves. Therapy is your opportunity to focus on you!
